We are the West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership. We work with people and organisations across Bradford District and Craven, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds, and Wakefield. We help make decisions on health and care services (such as GPs or hospitals).
We are an NHS organisation that helps people live long and healthy lives. The Government are writing a 10 Year Health Plan to fix the problems in the NHS (the National Health Service), and we are collecting people's feedback to help with this.
To write our plan, we want to keep people informed about what is happening with the 10-year plan and give them more opportunities to get involved, have their say, and help others have their say.
